Ingredients:
Eggs - 4
A pinch of salt
Vanilla - 1 tsp
APP - 130 grams
Milk - 240 ml
Procedure:
* Preheated the oven with a pan inside at 180°c for 10 minutes
* Mix all ingredients in a bowl
* Let it sit for 10 minutes
*After 10 minutes increase the temperature of the oven to 210°c
* Remove the pan and add 1tbs of butter in the pan, let it melt and coat all the sides
*Pour the above mixture and bake it for 20 minutes with top and bottom heat (click on the slideshow to see how big it turns out in the oven)
* Let it cool completely
* Inside your pancake spread the base of your choice
(I spread Dulce de leche with whipped cream on top )
* Sprinkle powdered sugar over the whole pancake
* Centre it up with your favourite fresh fruit mix
* Finally some whipped cream over the fruits
* Serve cold
