Why Not Make Your Own Waffle Cone and Enjoy Anytime!!

Ingredients:


Eggs - 2 Large size

Granulated sugar - 1/2 cup

Milk - 1/4 cup

Vanilla Extract - 1 tsp

Unsalted Butter - 1/4 cup

APP - 1/2 cup

Salt - 1/4 tsp


Procedure:


* In a large bowl whisk the eggs and sugar until a frothy consistency

* Add to it melted butter, milk and vanilla

* Gradually whisk the flour and salt to the above batter

* Keep it aside for 10 minutes

* Heat the waffle cone maker machine

* Grease it with oil

* Scoop less than 1/4 cup of the prepared batter and pour in the centre of the machine

* Bake until it is a light golden brown colour (This will take approximately 40 seconds)

* Quickly remove it from the machine onto the dish and form it into a cone with a cone roller pin.

* Seal the edges and cover it with a kitchen towel for a few seconds and let the cone harden

* Let it cool completely on the rack

* Repeat the same process for the rest of the batter

* Finally, serve them with fruits of your choice or your favourite ice cream and drizzle some chocolate syrup


Make them as your summer treat or fresh fruit dessert!



They tastes so good that you will eat them right away!


** Store them for a week in an airtight container, as they catch humidity and will soften soon.
