Need something after a workout or a little snack? Test this No Bake Protein Balls recipe

Ingredients :


Oats - 1 cup

Dates - 1/2 cup

Chocolate Powder - 1/2 cup

Honey / Maple syrup - 2 tbs

Peanut butter - 2/3 cup

Mix dry fruits - 1/2 cup

Dark chocolate drops - 1/4 cup

Flaxseeds - 2 tbs

Pumpkin seeds - 2 tbs


Procedure :


* Coarsely grind the oats, dry fruits and the remaining dry ingredients.

* Finally add peanut butter and honey to bind everything.

* Give it another grind to make into a big dough.

* Divide into small balls and keep them in the fridge for 1hr.

* No bake protein balls are ready to eat.
