A delicious wrap - Vegetarian Frankie / Kathi Roll

Make homemade tikkis by smashing 3 medium cooked potatoes, boiled veggies, chopped onions, spiciness by adding green chilli and ginger paste, red chilli powder, coriander and cumin powder, corn starch, tanginess by squeezing some lemon juice, salt to taste and finally add some frankie masala or if you don't have use chat masala or garam masala to get the perfect taste of the roadside vegetarian frankie.


Step : 1

Shape them in oval. and grill them with some butter. Add them to home made tortilla in in the centre as shown (image above)


Step : 2

Add some shredded carrot and cabbage (optional) over the tikkis as shown (image above)


Step : 3

Add some sliced onion (image above)


Step : 4

Add some extra flavor by putting ketchup, You can also add salad in the center to garnish (image above)


Step : 5

Spiciness by adding coriander chutney (image above)


Step : 6

Drizzle some mayonnaise (image above)


Step : 7

Lastly top with some mozzarella cheese and sprinkle some Frankie masala over it (image above) . Wrap and grill them until the cheese melts

Variation:


Add paneer instead of potatoes and follow the same recipe and your Paneer Frankie is ready


Serve the delicious Vegetable Frankie / Kathi Rolls and enjoy them with your friends and family with a good fruit punch.
