Stuffing Procedure
Boil and smash some potatoes
Cook and dice mixed vegetables (carrot, french beans, peas)
A medium size chopped onion
Temper it with salt , lemon, garam masala, ginger and chilli paste
Give it a good mix
Finally add some bread crumbs to bind (optional)
Divide them into balls
Stuffing is ready
Ingredients for Bread buns:
Water - 1 & 1/2 cup
Sugar - 1 tsp
Salt - 1tsp
Yeast - 10 grams
APF - 4 cup
Procedure:
In warm water, add sugar and salt
Give it a mix
Add the yeast and mix again
Let it ferment for 10 minutes
Finally add the flour and make a dough
Cover and let it rest for 2 hrs
Fold the dough and divide into 10 or 12 balls
Cover them with a kitchen towel
Roll them individually into a round ball
Stuff them with your choice of veggies
Close them from all the sides
Cover and let it rest and rise them for an hour
Brush some oil before baking
Place them into the oven on a baking tray to 180 degree celsius for 20 minutes
Remove them on rack and let it cool
Serve them hot with Beetroot Baba Ganoush

Alternative:
Stuff the buns with Paneer and veggie of your choice will give you an opportunity to surprise your guest.
